Our bodies are incredible machines—capable of carrying us through life with incredible efficiency. But I believe that we can live better, more comfortable, pain-free lives by optimizing our fitness and recovery through improved strength training, nutritional programing, and bodywork. 

 

As a trainer, I build personalized fitness and nutritional programs that align with your long-term goals and lead to sustainable, life-long results. Long-term sustainability is my core priority. Simply put, I design fitness and nutrition programs that promote life-long changes and health outcomes—the very opposite of what you get from trendy fad diets. 

 

And as a Massage Therapist, I work to optimize your body’s recovery from the stresses of daily living. I specialize in sports massage, deep-tissue work, cupping therapy, and myofascial release techniques.
