My name is Brandon Kelone, and I'm the face behind Acacia Fruit Wellness Nutrition & Health Coaching.
I’m a Certified Health Coach & Fitness Trainer, and I help to improve the lives of busy, working professionals who don’t have time to figure out how to optimize their diet and exercise on their own.
I design and coach my clients through custom-built, scientifically-backed, and evidence-based fitness and nutrition plans that are specifically tailored to fit each individual's unique needs so that my clients can lose 20-40 pounds in 4-6 months while building lean muscle and permanently improving their relationship with diet and exercise.
My core belief is that everyone has the capacity to improve—often to a far greater extent than they believe in themselves. The question for me isn’t about whether or not you can improve your fitness; the question is about how to do it in a way that works best for you.
That’s literally the foundation of my coaching practice—uniquely customized programs that meet you where you are, account for your specific needs, and build upon your individual strengths.
I don’t just help you to “lose weight.” I work with you to create permanent, impactful changes in your body by improving lean muscle mass, increasing baseline metabolism, and progressively lowering body fat through the incorporation of an optimized diet and exercise program that fits into your busy, modern lifestyle.

I struggled with my weight for 20 years—fluctuating up and down as much as 60lbs before I eventually changed my relationship with diet and exercise to something that was authentically healthful and truly sustainable. And that’s the method that I coach: Healthful Sustainability.
The coaching packages from Acacia Fruit Wellness aren’t based on TikTok fad diets, sheer willpower, extreme measures, uncountable hours of cardio, or giving up the foods you love. None of that lasts for long.
My coaching is different, because I build programs that are custom-designed to meet you at your starting point. Instead of finding a program that you fit into, we’ll work together to find optimal nutrition and exercise programs that fit around you.
