CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Massage/Health Coaching/Fitness Training Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule any appointments, please do so at least 24-hours in advance of your session.

Cancelations within 12-hours of the start time of your scheduled session will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee.

No-call no-show appointments will be billed 100% of the service fee.

Exceptions for family or medical emergency may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching Packages: All contracts are binding. Refunds are offered in part or in full within the first twenty-one (21) days of a coaching package, following the Initial Onboarding meeting.

Coaching package cancelations may be granted with a 30-day written notice. Clients are required to pay 50% of the remaining balance on any canceled coaching package. 

 

To cancel a coaching package, email brandon@acaciafruitwellness.com at least 30-days prior to your next billing cycle. After receiving notification of your request to cancel a coaching package, the cancelation of 50% of the remaining balance will take place 30-days after the start of your next billing cycle. 

 

I am here to coach and/or train you to your highest level of success. In order for me to commit myself to this coaching and/or training relationship however, I need to know that you are fully committed as well, and part of that is requiring that you are fully invested in your coaching package. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door.  It is to your benefit to decide before purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you.  If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24-hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. You may cancel and/or reschedule sessions within that 24-hour timeframe once per month (31 days).  Sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups or refunds. A second cancelation within a 31-day timeframe will not be eligible for make-ups or refunds. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.
