Service Description
The 90-minute session is the sweet-spot for most people. It provides enough time to work through the superficial layers of muscle and then into deeper layers of tissue where long-term tension is often felt the most. These sessions give time to sink into all the major parts of the body and can also allow for point-specific work if you need additional focus on a particular trouble spot. These massage sessions are typically built on traditional Swedish movements with adjunct integrations of Thai Massage, Cupping, Deep Connective-Tissue Work, and Sports Massage applications.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule any appointments, please do so at least 24-hours in advance of your session. Cancelations within 12-hours will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee. No-call no-show appointments will be billed 100% of the service fee. Exceptions for family or medical emergency may apply on a case-by-case basis.
