Health Coaching (30-min)
30-minute Live Coaching Session via Zoom or In-Person
Service Description
During this live video session, you’ll work with your coach to examine behaviors related to your personal health and wellness, and consider which of those behaviors are helping you in your journey towards improved health and which are serving as obstacles.Together you and your coach will create action plans, brainstorm solutions, and troubleshoot potential obstacles to your long-term success.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule any appointments, please do so at least 24-hours in advance of your session. Cancelations within 12-hours will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee. No-call no-show appointments will be billed 100% of the service fee. Exceptions for family or medical emergency may apply on a case-by-case basis.
