Health Coaching Onboard Meeting
This 90 minute meeting will be your first full coaching session.
Service Description
This 90-minute live coaching session will serve as the foundation for your coaching program. We'll use this meeting to explore your relationship to health and wellness and set 1, 6, and 12-month SMART goals that future meetings will progressively work towards. This will likely be our longest coaching sessions. Come to this meeting with any notes you may want to share with your coach as well as the ability to take notes either on on your computer or with pen and paper. Please allocate additional time to this initial meeting, as it will be longer in duration than future coaching sessions.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule any appointments, please do so at least 24-hours in advance of your session. Cancelations within 12-hours will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee. No-call no-show appointments will be billed 100% of the service fee. Exceptions for family or medical emergency may apply on a case-by-case basis.
